This very competitive and stunning looking twin cam engined Merlyn Mk 4A sports racer has had three Goodwood Revival appearances in recent years. Previous competition history includes being hillclimbed in Italy by well-known classic racer Dr Massimo Vezzosi. Complete with a history file including a letter of authenticity from Merlyn's Clive Hayward regarding the chassis number.

Fitted with a refreshed 1600cc all steel Lotus twin cam engine with a big valve head, producing 180+ bhp. Ready to race, with a recently reworked head, specialist rebuilt Hewland gearbox, new tyres, fuel tank and safety equipment.
