Monaco VIII Grand Prix Historique

This year's Monaco Historic GP was a triumph: the most amazing array of period cars, from the 1929 Bugatti 35B to the 3 litre Formula 1 cars of the 1970's, all driven with flair and enthusiasm by a modern generation of gentlemen (and lady) drivers. There was plenty of excitement, with the penultimate race (pre 1985 Formula 3) red-flagged by a thunderous downpour and the final race (1973 to 1978 Formula 1) kicking up an impressive amount of spray on a still very wet track.

All in all, a fantastic weekend of classic racing in the most classic of settings. Our thanks to the team at Grand Tourist for putting together an amazing trip. We will definitely be returning in 2014!
