1967 Brabham BT23/1

BT23/1 was driven by Jack Brabham during the 1967 F2 season as part of the three car works team. It was the works development car and ultimately incorporated features which were carried forward into the BT23C. This stunning car has an extensive and continuous history file and current HTP papers. Most recently raced successfully by John Moulds in HSCC and Historic European F2 events and fully maintained by Peter Denty.

Currently fitted with a George Wadsworth Atlantic BDA with zero miles since re-build, and a freshly rebuilt FT200 gearbox. Offered for sale with an unused set of Dunlop tyres on 8“and 10“rims and current safety equipment, together with an excellent spares package which includes:

- a period FVA with zero miles since Geoff Richardson re-build which can easily be re-fitted into the car having previously been installed

- a set of original Brabham wheels and 1½ sets of split-rim wheels with recent slicks fitted

- several spare gear ratios and dog rings plus a 4 speed gearbox layout for hill climbs and tight street circuits

A good one litre Historic F3 would be considered in part exchange.
