Duplicate buff log book shows it moving from the Midlands to Gordon James Withers in Putney, London in 1966, then in the 1980s had a brief spell in Ontario, before returning to the UK in 1989.
In 2000 Aston specialist Johnathan M Wardle in Staffordshire was commissioned to rebuild the engine, gearbox and braking systems with detailed invoices totalling £30k.
With only 1,110 DB4s manufactured across all 5 series, prices of DB4s are going skywards, we are delighted to offer this most useable and exceptionally original series 3 DB4. Two large history files from its last owner of 20 years, show extensive mechanical attention. With options to preserve/drive or improve, this great driving Aston certainly represents an investment with prices of restored cars in excess of £500k.
